Elisabeth has lived in France, Charlottesville VA, Washington DC, and San Francisco, before settling down in Seattle. She loves to snuggle with her daughter Louise, and, time permitting, play tennis, practice yoga, ride horses (dressage in particular), swim, bike, and snowboard. She is fluent in French and can carry on a conversation in Spanish.

As a birth doula, Elisabeth has attended first-time parents as well as parents adding to their families. She also enjoys supporting breastfeeding mothers and babies, and the people who love them.

Elisabeth finds helping massage clients overcome chronic work-related discomfort, and supporting first-time parents both during birth and postpartum especially rewarding. Her favorite muscles include levator scapula, piriformis and tibialis anterior.
